We completed our pool build with CCP on Aug 1, 2020. The entire experience was pleasant from the moment LeAnna came to our home to discuss designs. LeAnna is very professional and an expert at pool design. She was always available for any questions..and I had a lot! I’m very picky and detailed and they came through will flying colors! We get so many compliments on our custom pool with how it wraps around our preexisting patio. As with any construction project, there were a few issues that arose, but how CCP handled everything was above and beyond. I had complete trust in them. From the beginning, they did what they said they would do and stayed in constant communication with me. I needed help one night and Brian was at my house in 10 minutes. Brian is extremely knowledgeable with pools, kept his word, and was always readily available for any questions. AJ was our superintendent and managed everything from start to finish. He followed up with me to ensure the contractors did their jobs and called me back ASAP when I had questions. Kyle helped us start the pool and taught us how to run it. He was very patient and kind. There is a learning curve with having a pool put in. Knowing what I know now, I am even more thankful to have gone with CCP. Their professionalism from start to finish, the high-quality Pentair products they use, and their company warranty on workmanship are a few of the reasons I highly recommend them. I get nothing for writing this review. I just want to show my gratitude and help anyone looking to build who may be researching companies. Do yourself a favor and go with CCP!
